Via our “made-to-order” Service ILSA RUSS dressing gowns are produced in limited numbers only. The dressing gowns are available via the “made-to-order” Service, specifically manufactured to meet the customer’s requirements. Orders for a dressing gown shown in the collection can be done easily by the routine indicated below:

1. Click „Collection“ and then click „overview“. Now you can see 6 different category groups of styles

With lapel collar
Kimono
With shawl collar
With flounce-shaped collar, transparent
With lace
Pareos

2. Click your most-favoured category group (e.g: „With lapel collar“)

All styles of this category group will be shown.

3. Now you click the name of the chosen style.

(e.g.: RKX 40 31 53 LIS).

You can see that style on various photos plus the „Product description“.

4. With „select size“ you can choose your size. Please get informed about our

sizes on our international size chart. Our size chart includes all sizes from

XS to XL.

5. We also offer to manufacture sizes bigger than XL. In case you want to order bigger sizes, please click “Special requests”. You will see a questionnaire: Here you should submit all informations about your size and body height. The base for the sizes is a body height of 1,70cm. Please let us know if you are 10cm taller or smaller and the style you wish to order, should be adjusted to your body height.

6. Click „Add to basket“.

7. Click “View basket”.

8. Click “Proceed to checkout”.

ILSA RUSS dressing gowns offer the possibility to create gowns, using new combinations of materials, prints and styles not shown in the collection. For example: If you like the print of style RKX 40 31 53 LIS, but you’d rather prefer a combination with the shawl collar-style (instead of the lapel collar-style), please let us know. Click “Special request” and tell us your wishes. Or give us a ring. Offering this additional service, a range of utmost individuality can be obtained, enhancing once again the exclusivity of an ILSA RUSS dressing gown.

After receipt of payment your order will be manufactured. Our styles are exclusively produced in Germany.

An exclusive “made-to-order“ style means specifically manufactured to meet the customer’s requirements.

Please note that individually customized styles cannot be returned or refunded.

We ask you to allow up to 2-6 weeks after receipt of payment for delivery to be dispatched.
